I can not access my account because the site would not let me update my phone number verification. I sent them my new number, what my old number was and information only I would know.
after 5 tries, they are ignoring me! I can not remove my credit card info!

Credit Card Information!
Black People Meet encrypts and holds your credit card information. I should be able to delete my credit card information at any time once my fee is paid in full...
Everything is extra, and they constantly offer it... They also send email notices of violations you know nothing about. Their employees must not have enough to do. I'll tell you what they can do monitor the accounts make sure the person is still active if not remove their photos.
I would not recommend using this site due to your credit card being held hostage, and they can charge you renewal fees whenever they want even if you do not want to belong to the site anymore!
Every morning in the 2:30am hour they suggest (9) guys that are the same guys that never respond to likes or messages! This site is such a farce it should be banned from accepting any money from people!
Preferred solution: I just want to cancel my subscription and delete my account when February 8th comes.

Cannot get the right answer every time I contact your customer service
Phone number needs to be changed to 574-220-****. Thats the phone number. I use every day as my primary phone number the only one that I have.
