They keep saying that they can't verify my phone number from my phone. I paid for this account and I should be able to log in. If not, I want my money refunded.

I had to abandon one account because they wouldn't update my phone number for SMS verification, so I was locked out. I made a new account with a different email address, BUT their system connected my old number to the new account and I can not verify SMS because it is the old number.

They don't give you the option of using e-mail for verification like most sites! The site says only Customer care can change the phone number on your account, BUT THEY WON'T!

I would like for my pictures to be removed. I would not like for my pictures to be copied or used, without out my permission, for any reason. I reserve all rights to my pictures.

Cancel my subscription I have been paying for over a year and I canceled this six months ago. I have reached out several times and nothing has happened. Im now going to reach out for legal remedy.

The company changed the ruled on my contract with 2 more months left. To see anyone, write or get messages you have to upgrade with more money.

Why do I still have to paid when I have already canceled the dating apps site , please do not make me paid for what I have cancelled it , and I only used for one month that only said would be $13.99 snd why am I have to paid $59.99 ?

They banned me from site and would tell not me why. I read their policy and didnt violate any of those listed items or any items not listed.

If I did something wrong, at least they could do is tell me what I violated instead of just telling me. Im ban N thats final. Black People Meet is just absolutely poor customer service.

Why am I banned from Black People Meet and Upward when I havent done anything on that site or upward? This company is very vindictive.
