I am attempting to cancel my current subscription with the BlackPeopleMeet online dating site as I no longer want or need it. However, I am unable to gain access to my account to cancel my subscription nor am I able to speak with a live customer service representative to complete cancellation.
I have not been satisfied with this dating for quite some time; and I simply want to cancel it in order to avoid an automatic renewal.

I keep putting in my telephone number and it's still not letting me in
I just tried to call, and the phone hung up. What do I do?
I just paid my money for this. It won't let me look on the site. I don't know what's going on. I tried to put my phone number in; it's saying it's the wrong phone number.

I had to get a new phone and am unable to access BPM. I no longer want to subscribe to BPM anymore.
Please cancel my subscription before renewal. I'm mslonelysnapper6969 from Tyler, TX. I have no idea of the email nor password used due to the info kept on the old phone and lost all passwords and usernames kept in that phone.

This is an unreliable and unprofessional website. Unable to verify or confirm if these profiles are up to date and reliable considering the cost you pay to talk to people.
Recently, I created an account and received a message on login: 'Access to your account has been blocked by BlackPeopleMeet. If you believe you received this message in error, please contact Customer Care.' After talking to Customer Service, I did not receive any reason for the violation - I did not receive any warnings, recommendations, or corrections.

I was using The Black People Meet Site and found that I was not getting the types of women that I was interested in. I was also receiving emails from the site informing me that I had messages from viewers that I could access. I decided to terminate my subscription, three days later I attempt to access the site because I had an email from a user that I reached out to and was blocked from the site.
User's recommendation: The site was not beneficial for me, and it appears that they retaliate against consumers that do not like their services and cancel the subscription by blocking them. This leaves the user with paid fees that they cannot get back and time in the subscription that cannot be used. Black People Meet is a rip off, a false service provider and a charlatan.
