I HAD NO ISSUES CREATING MY PROFILE. THE SITE HAD WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THE PROBLEM OCCURRED 2 DAYS AFTER SUBSCRIBING.

I TRIED TO LOGON AND THE ERROR STATES BPM BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I DON'T KNOW WHY, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG BUT WHEN I TRIED TO GO THROUGH THE HELP PROCESS, THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THEY ONLY ACCEPT EMAILS. I SENT SEVERAL WITH A GENERAL RESPONSE BACK. NO REAL HELP TO FIX MY PROBLEM.

THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NONE TO HELP YOU.

SO DISAPPOINTED.THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, NOBODY IS GOING TO HELP YOU.

I can't get on the app; it keeps telling me or sending me an error status message. This just started happening in the last couple of days.

I reached out to BPM no feedback. Tried again and still didnt receive a link to change password. An automated system emails me and blocks my account.

Really I was informed to fill out a request form online so they can look at it. Next thing I was banned from the site.

I forgot my password, and the email they send the code to no longer works. When I try to set up a new account, the system says there is already an account with my phone number, so I must sign in to the existing account.

I called to speak with an agent. And he told me that I had the wrong contact number. That I was calling Mexican people meet.

Im not interested in renewing my subscription once it expires. I tried canceling it via platform but its not allowing me to.

It continues to ask for my email address to reset my password and when I put it in its doesnt send me the code.

On the day that I lost complete access to my account, there were three charges on my bank account. When I try to contact customer service, I get a bot response to fill out a form for banned content.

That is absurd, as I have always had a full profile with pictures and a bio. It seems that when you do not renew your account, they will not allow you to like posts and basically steal the last month of your service.
