Black people do not provide services I've paid for. After sending many emails, they've yet to resolve the issue.
I've asked for a refund; still no response. All correspondence received in reference to my many complaints is auto-generated.
Don't waste your money or time; they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Once you've paid for the subscription, you get nothing.

Resolved: Don’t provide service you pay for
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They gave a full refund and blocked me from the site
There last response to me wasthey wasnt going to do a refund because I had communications with people, I responded back that the communication was because of someone reaching out to me(in another state)and out of courtesy I responded and that was it. They also stated that they canceled the renewal already(thats basically says it all). Again I have used them before but got off for personal reasons, got on last year and this was happening, I got off and tried again thinking the problem was solved but its not. Its ridiculous and from what I hear theyre the same as another company.
Unfortunately I dont care to date in my area but will go nearby but not hundreds of miles away. I would love to provide a video of me scrolling but then I would have to show the people not having there permission

This is an example of what happens when you have an AI ran company in customer service venue. Its just not fair that you wont answer questions.
You dont do anything your customers ask and then you wonder I guess why theyre not returning well. Heres the reason why Ive tried all morning to get through and all Ive gotten is the same thing over and over and over pay this more money and we may get to you. Oh come on Ive already paid you. Why should I have to pay another month just to get customer service that was paid for the first time.
You really need to check yourself Black people meet you destroying your credibility everybody I talk to doesnt like you.
Why wont you contact me back about this? You got my email on my phone numbers, even though you didnt update my information, you have the new.

Account issues
I keep getting hotmail messages from your website, so I know you are seeing one of the two accounts Im having issues with. The account I believe Im paying for may be a google email that I cant access.
In a previous message I provided you with the last 4 digits of my cc. I have tried to reset my password I have tried multiple times, and it keeps timing out. Im getting no where with your customer service. I stated previously that I would like to use your service.
Im asked to agree with your terms and conditions, but I cant even reset my password.
Make that make sense. If bringing my issues to your attention means I cant use your services it is what it is, just let me know.

I think what happened was my bank sent me a text that my account was hacked. I didn't notice who the money was coming from, due to the fact that I was just awakening.
I blocked it but, after they did some research, it was my account. They ended up releasing the money but my account is still blocked.

Resolved: Don’t get what you paid for

I live in one state, tho they say its regenerated by A1, 1or 2 may come on when I first login after that everyone is in states so far itll take 2,3,4hrs or a plane to even meet, this is totally unacceptable. They tell me to change my age setting and mileage, that didnt work.
YET if you go to your subscription setting and search theyre there but they cant see you unless they were to do the same, its like theyre behind the seen instead of your home screen search. After 3 email attempts to ask them to fix thisTHEY JUST DONT CARE, its a waste of money

I’ve requested twice to cancel my subscription
I have not heard from BPM! Ive asked that they cancel my subscription the same day that I joined.
This was not the site that they advertised it to be.
I live in NC and my next call will be to my states Attorney General office because they are still taking money out of my bank account. I want this subscription canceled ASAP.

Unable to contact a live agent
The customer service sucks there's actually not a live agent that you can speak with. I sent various emails to no avail no response. Why pay for a membership where theres no customer service available.

I think what happened was my bank account gave me an alert, and I wasn't thinking at the moment. I told them to block it until they investigated.
So, after they did the investigation, they found out about it and sent me a message that they were going to let the money get taken out of my account. Therefore, my changing of card information got everything screwed up.
