Impossible to speak to anyone about your issue
Impossible to contact. The number is always busy.
I don't think your company is available to talk to anyone. I believe they just want our money.

Paid for services unable to sign in to use
Paid for 6 months. Once I submitted the payment and it processed, I got a message that I wasn't old enough.
I'm 51.
So, your company took my payment and I have no access to the subscription. I'll contact USAA to reverse the payment.

I think it is absolutely ludicrous that I cant reach a live person, this is so frustrating. Im afraid to get an account with you, in fear something may happen.

Give us, the people, a working phone number to talk to a live person and get back to us. I would love to join BPM, but I'm afraid to because I can't get a hold of anyone.

Not satisfied!
The worst dating site ever! The site doesn't send local matches within the area.
I live in Florida and am looking for a partner in my state, not across the US. I've taken the customer service advice to change and select 'deal breaker' for my choices, but that didn't work. It still sends matches all over. I requested a refund as this was my second time trying to give the site a second chance.
They have denied my request for a refund! I would not recommend this site to anyone. Search for a much more user-friendly site that actually works. It's very disappointing that this company, which I'm sure makes millions, refuses to refund my money!
I definitely will never use this site again. The worst!

Your system is messed up. I can’t get through to nobody to help me login. The phone call number that you gave me doesn’t work. It’s terrible.
The service suck the phone dont work. They want to charge you for you to get some information to try to help you to login. What kind of *** is that when you already paying for the services that you get it?

Took my money 5/15 blocked me 5/16/24
This site is a SCAM. I was blocked after giving my payment information, not even 24 hours later.
No explanation. I submitted five service tickets demanding information, to be let back in, or for a refund. They keep giving me sugar-coated explanations using their 'terms'.
Horrible site, horrible customer service. It's a SCAM.

Resolved: Not providing membership access after payment!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. By posting negative reviews on website, contacting my card company.
After 11 sent inquiries, with no resolution to why I didn't have membership access, I finally received my refund. Word to the wise DONT BOTHER WITH THIS SITE! BPM doesn't care about their clients only their profits!
I have a paid membership since 4 may, and still don't have membership accessibility! I cannot read messages! So due to bpm not living up to its own contractI I am requesting my refund!

Hello - I have asked on many occasions that you don't go into my bank account to withdraw funds. I have not been using your services and have communicated that to you. Now, I saw $59.99 pending in my bank account and it will cause my account to be overdrawn.
I might have to seek legal action against you since this matter is reoccurring.
