Scammers
- - Blocked from my account after complaining about matches.

I have repeatedly been blocked from my own account when I complain that they are not providing the matches based on my preferences. Then they have charged me for I don't know what.
On the day that I lost complete access to my account, there were three charges on my bank account. When I try to contact customer service, I get a bot response to fill out a form for banned content.
That is absurd, as I have always had a full profile with pictures and a bio. It seems that when you do not renew your account, they will not allow you to like posts and basically steal the last month of your service.
Preferred solution: An explanation as to WHY they keep - and there are multiple emails as to THEIR ERROR- keep blocking my access and now why have they made three charges on my account on the day they denied me access.

I am attempting to cancel my current subscription with the BlackPeopleMeet online dating site as I no longer want or need it. However, I am unable to gain access to my account to cancel my subscription nor am I able to speak with a live customer service representative to complete cancellation.
