Don’t get what you paid for
I live in one state, tho they say its regenerated by A1, 1or 2 may come on when I first login after that everyone is in states so far itll take 2,3,4hrs or a plane to even meet, this is totally unacceptable. They tell me to change my age setting and mileage, that didnt work.
YET if you go to your subscription setting and search theyre there but they cant see you unless they were to do the same, its like theyre behind the seen instead of your home screen search. After 3 email attempts to ask them to fix thisTHEY JUST DONT CARE, its a waste of money

Account issues
I keep getting hotmail messages from your website, so I know you are seeing one of the two accounts Im having issues with. The account I believe Im paying for may be a google email that I cant access.
In a previous message I provided you with the last 4 digits of my cc. I have tried to reset my password I have tried multiple times, and it keeps timing out. Im getting no where with your customer service. I stated previously that I would like to use your service.
Im asked to agree with your terms and conditions, but I cant even reset my password.
Make that make sense. If bringing my issues to your attention means I cant use your services it is what it is, just let me know.

I think what happened was my bank sent me a text that my account was hacked. I didn't notice who the money was coming from, due to the fact that I was just awakening.
I blocked it but, after they did some research, it was my account. They ended up releasing the money but my account is still blocked.

I’ve requested twice to cancel my subscription
I have not heard from BPM! Ive asked that they cancel my subscription the same day that I joined.
This was not the site that they advertised it to be.
I live in NC and my next call will be to my states Attorney General office because they are still taking money out of my bank account. I want this subscription canceled ASAP.

I think what happened was my bank account gave me an alert, and I wasn't thinking at the moment. I told them to block it until they investigated.
So, after they did the investigation, they found out about it and sent me a message that they were going to let the money get taken out of my account. Therefore, my changing of card information got everything screwed up.

My issue has not been resolved. 2 emails was sent that the BPM app will not open. No answers to the emails 1133**** was assigned to me. Help for app is needed. Thank you.
Every time information / questions sent over it always 24 to 48 hours for a return answer. Everything always go to a different person.
Each person process different.
The app still not working. Technical support should have been step in.
The app will not open. I have sent over 2 emails.
I had everything on my end check and it was fine.
No reply at all from 2 emails. Technology support needs to step in.

Read my previous correspondence I have to cancel numerous times and I dont know why you dont respond. There are no Local People in my area with any kind of compatibility whatsoever.

This company is absolutely terrible. You can't reach anybody.
You can't talk to anyone. You don't get any response. You try to call the number. The only thing you get is a busy tone.
You try to go through chat, and once you finish filling out your information they ask you for. Then all they want is your credit card information, which I refuse to give them again. I paid for the service for a whole year, and now my service has been interrupted, and it's not even been a year. They tried to charge my card $60 last month.
I've been trying to get in contact with someone for over two months now and I still cannot reach anyone.
This company is absolutely horrible. If I could give it less than one score, if I could give it a zero rating, it would definitely be a zero rating.
- No communication can never talk to nobody can never reach anybody no resolution for any issues or problem that you have with this company many other people that is on there you contact you never hear back from so this is a false company

Credit Card Information!
Black People Meet encrypts and holds your credit card information. I should be able to delete my credit card information at any time once my fee is paid in full...
Everything is extra, and they constantly offer it... They also send email notices of violations you know nothing about. Their employees must not have enough to do. I'll tell you what they can do monitor the accounts make sure the person is still active if not remove their photos.
I would not recommend using this site due to your credit card being held hostage, and they can charge you renewal fees whenever they want even if you do not want to belong to the site anymore!
Every morning in the 2:30am hour they suggest (9) guys that are the same guys that never respond to likes or messages! This site is such a farce it should be banned from accepting any money from people!
Preferred solution: I just want to cancel my subscription and delete my account when February 8th comes.
