I can't get on the app; it keeps telling me or sending me an error status message. This just started happening in the last couple of days.

I HAD NO ISSUES CREATING MY PROFILE. THE SITE HAD WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THE PROBLEM OCCURRED 2 DAYS AFTER SUBSCRIBING.

I TRIED TO LOGON AND THE ERROR STATES BPM BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT. I DON'T KNOW WHY, I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG BUT WHEN I TRIED TO GO THROUGH THE HELP PROCESS, THERE'S NO CONTACT NUMBER AND THEY ONLY ACCEPT EMAILS. I SENT SEVERAL WITH A GENERAL RESPONSE BACK. NO REAL HELP TO FIX MY PROBLEM.

THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NONE TO HELP YOU.

SO DISAPPOINTED.THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, NOBODY IS GOING TO HELP YOU.

I forgot my password, and the email they send the code to no longer works. When I try to set up a new account, the system says there is already an account with my phone number, so I must sign in to the existing account.

I called to speak with an agent. And he told me that I had the wrong contact number. That I was calling Mexican people meet.

I paid my subscriptions and cannot access my page or account. Nothing works or will allow me access to your site.

I paid and have not been able to log on although they say I'm a paid member. They tell me to use my phone number to verify, then it doesn't accept my number. I want my money refunded; I'm being robbed.

Paid for subscription but no access allowed on your site. After paying the funds, your site refuses to allow me on your site and to my page.

This seems like fraud. I am contacting the attorney general's office.

I can't log in to my account. Deal with sites that have customer service or a representative.

I set up my profile, paid my subscription. The password I thought I used to log in is not working.

I requested through their chat assistance several times to please send password reset link to my email, [EMAIL_ADDRESS]. They have failed to do so. I am excited to check my messages.

They keep sending me bot emails and not what I am asking for. Totally avoiding helping me.

Because I don't want them going into my account taking any more money out of my account. I want to close my account with blackpeople.com.

I have repeatedly been blocked from my own account when I complain that they are not providing the matches based on my preferences. Then they have charged me for I don't know what.

On the day that I lost complete access to my account, there were three charges on my bank account. When I try to contact customer service, I get a bot response to fill out a form for banned content.

That is absurd, as I have always had a full profile with pictures and a bio. It seems that when you do not renew your account, they will not allow you to like posts and basically steal the last month of your service.

This is some BS you cant even get a live customer service rep to speak to. Im paying for a subscription but cannot log onto the app so Im paying for a subscription for nothing and Im trying to get someone to cancel my subscription, but of course theyre not getting on the phone because they want you to call them but then nobody picks up the phone. Its absolutely positively bullshit.

I have not gotten a response back. I have just recently joined it, and I cannot read my messages every time it says messages and I click on it takes me back to the Financial page which my card went through and theyre charging me for it so I need to have some help and you had a phone number however just gotta recording no live person

this thing pissed people is worthless. It does not allow you to leave a voicemail. It does not allow you to speak with anyone.

I went in today to try and cancel again, and because I forgot my password, it tells me to give my email address so I can reset it. However, the email never comes. I am being charged to renew, and I want to cancel, and I want my charge returned.
