They send you matches that don't fit the profile I request. It's hard to contact them.
I tried to cancel the action taken.
Men young enough to be my child were responding.
My profile states the age of the man I'm looking for.
their height, I want, and so on. To receive what I didn't request is a waste of time.

I have been on this site (BLK)for 2 weeks, I noticed my account was deleted and all information gone, after I accepted the invitation to add (BPM) as I reviewed the new app It prompted me to choose a plan, mind you I already paid for BLK that has been deleted without me knowing, now I am out of my money and do not have an active account, assistance would be appreciated.

I am attempting to cancel my current subscription with the BlackPeopleMeet online dating site as I no longer want or need it. However, I am unable to gain access to my account to cancel my subscription nor am I able to speak with a live customer service representative to complete cancellation.
I have not been satisfied with this dating for quite some time; and I simply want to cancel it in order to avoid an automatic renewal.
