This is an unreliable and unprofessional website. Unable to verify or confirm if these profiles are up to date and reliable considering the cost you pay to talk to people.
Recently, I created an account and received a message on login: 'Access to your account has been blocked by BlackPeopleMeet. If you believe you received this message in error, please contact Customer Care.' After talking to Customer Service, I did not receive any reason for the violation - I did not receive any warnings, recommendations, or corrections.

Verified ReviewerI was blocked from the site after cancelling my subscription and I have 21 days of services left
I was using The Black People Meet Site and found that I was not getting the types of women that I was interested in. I was also receiving emails from the site informing me that I had messages from viewers that I could access. I decided to terminate my subscription, three days later I attempt to access the site because I had an email from a user that I reached out to and was blocked from the site.
User's recommendation: The site was not beneficial for me, and it appears that they retaliate against consumers that do not like their services and cancel the subscription by blocking them. This leaves the user with paid fees that they cannot get back and time in the subscription that cannot be used. Black People Meet is a rip off, a false service provider and a charlatan.

I just sign up about 10 minutes, there is no transparency in your billing, this is very important, it said I am a basic member, no billing information was given to you. So it is not approve by me.

You charge me for service.I did not use I cancel my subscription and you still turn around and charge me thirty eight dollars
I'm having problems getting on the site. I tried to delete my profile and you still charge my credit card.
And I cannot get any result from anybody. So I think I have to call the consumer affairs in my state to get this situated.
