Without a change of location, I'll continue to receive profiles living in NV. I would like to know why my card is not being accepted for payment.
Preferred solution: Acceptance for card to be verified and ability to change my location.
I can't get into my account. Joined a couple weeks ago.
I don't know what happened. I went into my profile last night to add more pictures and filled in more info about me, and it stayed on updating.
I left the website to do other things, so I don't know what happened.
I don't have any at this time. I just want to get back on site to see who is interested.

Black people do not provide services I've paid for. After sending many emails, they've yet to resolve the issue.
I've asked for a refund; still no response. All correspondence received in reference to my many complaints is auto-generated.
Don't waste your money or time; they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Once you've paid for the subscription, you get nothing.
- Demands that you expand your sear still limits visibility
- Will not personally respond to complaints
- After subscription is paid they limit other members visibility

I have been on this site for 2 monthq in which i have been locked out for a week with automated responses from so called customer service.horrible lower level picks as well. I requested a cancelation after the first 6 weeks yet supp to have access till August 31. Reporti g to my credit card company noq to get a refund.
