I have been on this site (BLK)for 2 weeks, I noticed my account was deleted and all information gone, after I accepted the invitation to add (BPM) as I reviewed the new app It prompted me to choose a plan, mind you I already paid for BLK that has been deleted without me knowing, now I am out of my money and do not have an active account, assistance would be appreciated.

I am attempting to cancel my current subscription with the BlackPeopleMeet online dating site as I no longer want or need it. However, I am unable to gain access to my account to cancel my subscription nor am I able to speak with a live customer service representative to complete cancellation.

I have not been satisfied with this dating for quite some time; and I simply want to cancel it in order to avoid an automatic renewal.

I canceled on 12/10/25 for one month only. Please refund my money back to my credit card.

If you believe you received this message in error, please contact Customer Care.' After talking to Customer Service, I did not receive any reason for the violation - I did not receive any warnings, recommendations, or corrections.
